Sales Representative, Major Accounts
to sell human resources technology to companies with 50 – 999 employees. In this role you will manage complete sales cycles, forecast your pipeline, and drive strategic discussions around HCM initiatives.
What you’ll do
Close sales and reach quarterly goals independently and collaboratively within your territory.
Implement a targeted sales strategy to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen relationships across the ADP family and expand business within existing accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Required Qualifications
Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales.
Military experience – veterans are valued and welcomed.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
