Job Summary
The
Regional Director of Physician Practices (RDPP)
oversees the operations of assigned clinics within the Deaconess Physician Enterprise, ensuring efficiency, financial performance, and clinical quality. This role works closely with executive and regional leadership to develop strategy, drive operational excellence, and support provider and staff engagement.
Reporting to the Vice President of Ambulatory Practices, the RDPP serves as a key liaison between leadership, providers, and support departments across the health system.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize operations across multiple clinic sites.
Develop and execute strategic and business plans aligned with system goals.
Partner with physician leaders to enhance clinical and operational performance.
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Recruit, develop, and mentor management and clinical staff.
Drive patient engagement, satisfaction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Health Administration preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of physician practice management required.
10+ years of multi-site healthcare leadership preferred.
