What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct monitoring and evaluation activities, including developing data collection tools and assessing reports from various working groups
Support fundraising efforts by developing proposals and maintaining a central tracking system for grants
Assist in planning and updating the Alliance’s annual workplan and strategy
Organize and facilitate the Annual Meeting for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action and other related events
Provide administrative support to the Alliance secretariat, including knowledge management and logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
Advanced university degree in a relevant field such as social work, international relations, psychology, or development studies
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the humanitarian or development sectors
Strong writing, editing, and technical skills in monitoring and evaluation
Experience in fundraising and preparation of donor reports
Familiarity with the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action is desirable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience managing events related to child protection in humanitarian settings
Demonstrable skills in planning and report writing within a network space
Knowledge of child protection issues in relation to climate crisis
