Sr. Director, Corporate Development We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Development team as a Manager. In this high-impact role, you’ll collaborate closely with USPI’s M&A and operational leadership to help identify and analyze strategic growth opportunities. Responsibilities And Expectations Lead and support end-to-end M&A and investment projects, including financial modeling, analysis, and recommendations. Assist in preparing high-quality investment and approval presentations for senior leadership. Collaborate on sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring. Build strong relationships across the Development and Operations teams to enable seamless execution. Analyze post-close performance of acquisitions, comparing actual results to projections and identifying key insights. Drive ad hoc strategic and financial analysis to evaluate new growth opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier university and a strong record of academic success. 3+ years’ experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or M&A/corporate development. Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required. Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint required. Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives. Well-developed multitasking and project management capabilities with efficient time management skills. Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Some travel may be required. Selected candidate will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
