Responsibilities

Supervise a dynamic team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, providing essential leadership and technical expertise.

Spearhead the development of cost-effective manufacturing methods while ensuring product quality and process safety.

Act as a project manager, guiding the team in implementing innovative process improvements.

Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, enhancing productivity across the organization.

Prepare personnel evaluations, coordinate with other departments, and maintain compliance with NADCAP processes.

Create and maintain critical documentation, lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Support new product developments and optimize workflows, driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

Expert-level understanding of project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

15+ years of manufacturing experience.

Strong foundation in manufacturing methods development and troubleshooting process-related issues.

Familiarity with software tools such as Oracle MRP, SmarTeam, and Solid Works preferred.

Strong language skills for effective communication and reporting.

Mathematical proficiency in probability, geometry, and statistics.

Strong reasoning abilities to define project criteria and ensure successful outcomes.

Planning and coordinating work assignments for lower-level engineers; supervisory responsibility.

Physical demand: ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation Target annual compensation is $157,500, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.
