The target annual compensation for this role is $157,500, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Supervise a dynamic team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, providing essential leadership and technical expertise. Spearhead the development of cost-effective manufacturing methods while ensuring product quality and process safety. Act as a project manager, guiding the team in implementing innovative process improvements. Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity across the organization. Prepare personnel evaluations, coordinate with other departments, and maintain compliance with NADCAP processes. Create and maintain critical documentation, lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), and mentor junior engineers on best practices. Focus on maximizing customer serviceability and driving operational excellence; support new product developments and optimize workflows. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 15+ years of manufacturing experience Expert-level understanding of project management Familiarity with Oracle MRP, SmarTeam, and SolidWorks is preferred Strong language skills for effective communication and reporting Mathematical proficiency in probability, geometry, and statistics for data analysis and decision-making Ability to define project criteria and ensure successful outcomes Supervisory responsibility includes planning and coordinating work assignments for lower-level engineers Regular handling and manipulation of equipment; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic work environment Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Paid Time Off, Vacation, Snack/Drink Room, Employee Discounts, Employee Profit Share Program, 401(k), and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
