Reporting directly to the Controller, this position supports the Controller in managing the Accounting team, leading month‑end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and driving efficiency and automation across financial systems.
Lead month‑end close, prepare timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Monitor and assess internal processes to improve efficiency, automation, and accuracy of financial management and systems.
Facilitate accounting initiatives, financial analyses, and special projects across all departments.
Develop, manage, and mentor the Accounting team, fostering a high‑performing culture.
Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to communicate complex concepts at executive and operational levels.
Drive cross‑functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and mentor associates.
Address complex cost management processes, identify business risks and opportunities, and develop policy and procedure concepts.
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting; Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) preferred.
5–8 years of experience in public/private accounting, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong computer skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.

Schedule: Full‑time, Overtime status: Exempt
