Position Overview
Financial Budget Analyst at TEKsystems, supporting CDC Global Health. Remote, full‑time, $50‑55/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze program and financial data for DGHT OD to support monitoring and audit.
Prepare financial and staffing reports, statements, and estimates for government agencies.
Develop dashboards using Excel, PowerBi, and other tools.
Perform budget preparation, monitoring, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
Maintain data sets and provide analytical support to improve program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public health, finance, or related field with 5+ years’ experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
Strong knowledge of financial formulation, forecasting, budgeting, and GAAP.
Experience with budget monitoring, variance analysis, and financial data management systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot, lookups, modeling) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of federal budget regulations and government financial systems.
Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree and 10+ years of government financial analysis experience.
Experience coordinating federal budget deliverables and executing budget laws.
Analytical evaluation of financial management programs.
Experience using CDC internal financial systems.
