The Real Estate Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality sites that align with the company’s growth strategy.
This role partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure each location supports long-term brand success and delivers a strong return on investment.
The ideal candidate will be located in key metropolitan areas across the Southeast U.S., such as
Dallas, TX - Charlotte, NC - Atlanta, GA - Nashville, TN
(excluding FL).
The Day-to-Day
Build and manage a strong pipeline of quality sites and deals to support timely, well-sequenced restaurant openings.
Apply strategic and financial criteria in site evaluation, conducting thorough market research and regular field visits.
Partner with Operations, Development, Construction Managers, and consultants to align site selection, approvals, and project timelines.
Negotiate and prepare competitive deals and submittal packages, ensuring approval targets are met.
Provide leadership throughout the approval, construction, and opening processes, resolving issues with landlords, developers, and partners.
Monitor new restaurant performance and market trends, capturing learnings to strengthen future site selection and planning.
Travel time is up to 50%.
Is This You?
At least 5 years experience Quick Service Restaurant or chain retail development experience in a multi-site, field-based organization (e.g. retail, hospitality or restaurant).
Master of Business degree a plus but not required
Broker's license is preferred
Must have broad strategic and analytical skills
Must possess very strong interpersonal, communication, influence and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle challenges in a fast pace field-based environment with complex and multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to deal with Real Estate community (brokers, attorneys, city officials and general contractors) a must!
