General Role
Assists in supporting the Chairman of Financial Designs Ltd. with various administrative tasks along with daily functions to support the office. Essential Functions
Manage all calendar activities, scheduling and provide general administrative support. Complete diary debriefs and follow up on associated tasks. Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports. Manage email/telephone correspondence with clients, prospects and centers of influence (COI's). Input data for prospect/client activities in the CRM (Smart Office) system and complete research that assist marketing efforts. Assist with various administrative duties related to committee or board involvement. Assist with internal events as needed. Handle various office management tasks. Assist with special projects and miscellaneous duties as assigned. Qualifications
Computer skills including a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe as well as proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings. Experience with CRM software and DocuSign preferred. 10+ years of work experience in an administrative role in a professional services firm. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, including proofreading. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong follow-through and the ability to set and meet deadlines. Strong proficiency in technology, the ability to learn new software and problem solve quickly. Benefits Package
