$90,000 - $100,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary The Sr. Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights for potential acquisitions primarily within the organization’s Supported Independence W2 Employee Channel. This Sr. Financial Analyst role involves close collaboration with business unit executives, and other stakeholders to drive strategic deal sourcing and evaluation, end-to-end due diligence, and deal structuring and execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain acquisition models for various transaction types such as full acquisitions, partial equity investments, earn-outs, and succession-based transitions.
Coordinate and lead end-to-end due diligence efforts across financial, operational, legal, and compliance functions while managing multiple workstreams and timelines.
Conduct post-mortem analysis to assess financial performance against key business metrics and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure clean hand-off to the finance integration team to ensure smooth transition post-close.
Assess the financial and economic performance of various business opportunities through detailed understanding of revenue and cost drivers.
Assists in the production of analysis and recommendations for senior management with respect to strategic opportunities and acquisition business decisions.
Develops and maintains excellent relationships with colleagues across business units / departments to foster an effective cross functional working environment and collaborative spirit.
Determine the best approach to analyzing and synthesizing data and work independently to solve complex problems.
Mentor junior team members.
All other duties as assigned.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited university in Accounting, Finance or another related field is required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Basic Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in M&A, revenue management, finance or business analysis role
Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills required
Solid knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance and accounting principles required
Knowledge of valuation techniques such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Multiple on Invested Capital (MOIC), and Comparable Company Analysis
Expert proficiency in the use of business applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Highly motivated with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline-oriented work environment
Self-starter who will anticipate challenges and work proactively to resolve issues
Comfortable working within an entrepreneurial, “roll-up your sleeves” environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team player with a customer service mentality
Preferred Requirements
FINRA licenses (Series 7 or SIE)
CPA, CFA or CMA designations
Prior financial services industry experience (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)
Experience with Workday Financials
