Job Description
Our growing law firm located in downtown Honolulu is seeking an Associate Attorney for general business-related civil litigation and some transactional work. This position is currently envisioned as entry-level (0-5 years), though experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including court proceedings, hearings, and depositions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct necessary legal research and provide strategic advice to clients. Manage cases from intake through resolution with support from senior attorneys. Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values input and shared success. Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice in Hawaii (or have Hawaii license pending). Must reside on Oahu and be able to commute to downtown Honolulu. Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be based on experience, with adjustments made according to work ethic, productivity, and contributions to the firm. Bonuses and performance-based incentives. Benefits include parking, medical coverage, vacation time, and a retirement savings plan. Schedule
