Title: Syndicated Loans Operations Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid: 3 days on‑site per week)
Contract: 12 months
Pay: Up to $30/hour W2 without Benefits
Top Skills / Requirements
1 year experience in direct lending or syndicated loans
(3 years preferred)
Proficiency in
MS Word and Excel
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of
financial services , familiarity with
LoanIQ
and
cash reconciliation systems
is a plus
Role Overview Responsible for servicing a loan portfolio that includes bilateral and syndicated loans. May act as sole lender, administrative agent, or part of a syndicate.
Core Responsibilities
Process borrowing/funding and settlement/paydown requests from clients or agents into MS books and records
Prepare and distribute notices (funding, paydown, rate‑set) to clients and/or syndicate lenders
Prepare and distribute periodic interest & fee invoices, ensuring tie‑outs for third‑party agented facilities
Daily review of exception/break reports (including cash suspense and past dues) and take corrective actions
Respond to ongoing/ad hoc inquiries from clients, third‑party agents, and internal stakeholders
