Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee-owned organization as an entry-level
Associate Project Engineer
for its
PCI Boston 586
operations based in
Holliston, MA . The Associate Project Engineer role serves as a launching pad for future leaders within PCI. It\'s a dynamic position offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating, setting the stage for professional growth and career advancement in an innovative environment. Job responsibilities include: Conducting safety meetings Creating and managing punch lists Supporting the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI\'s QA/QC program Preparing RFI\'s and submittals Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering Supporting the implementation of the job schedule Coordinating warranties and O&M\'s Material coordination with purchase orders and invoicing This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Basic Requirements
Must have a bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.) A clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying new skills as they are taught Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities Must have critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative Works well under pressure and deadlines Preferred Requirements
OSHA certifications Willing to travel/relocate based on project needs Benefits
