The
Senior Employment Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner
will be responsible for managing the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , supporting high-volume hiring across engineering and maintenance functions. This role requires a proactive, organized, and highly communicative recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage
full-cycle recruiting
for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance. Handle
high-volume requisitions
(40+ active job openings) with efficiency and accuracy. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Recruit for
engineering and maintenance-related positions
such as Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians, and related skilled trades. Source and screen candidates using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., job boards, referrals, networking, LinkedIn). Facilitate a smooth interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Coordinate multiple project-based hiring requests simultaneously. Provide timely updates and talent insights to hiring teams and stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile
Rock Star Candidate: Proven experience recruiting for
Engineering and Maintenance roles
(e.g., Building Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Supervisors). Strong background in
full lifecycle recruitment
with
high-volume
experience (40+ requisitions). Skilled at managing
multiple concurrent projects
and meeting tight deadlines. Good Candidate: Demonstrated experience with full-cycle, high-volume recruiting. Experience managing multiple requisitions across different business units or projects. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Pre-Screening Questions
