What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze and implement changes for Epic Resolute Professional Billing applications, ensuring ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting

Provide recommendations for planning, design, and configuration of Resolute Professional Billing applications

Serve as a liaison between Epic support, vendor management, and operational departments to design scalable solutionsManage and prioritize Epic Remedy tickets and Service Now tickets for timely resolution

Assist in the development and implementation of training related to Epic workflows and upgrades

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical, healthcare operations, or healthcare information technology

Proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle, including Professional Billing applications and related systems

Strong ability to understand and document business processes and manage large projects

Excellent communication and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on revenue cycle management

Familiarity with claims and remittance processesUnderstanding of operational workflows and policies

Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
