What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and deliver customized Division 8 specifications for projects
Manage relationships with architectural firms and provide specification support
Collaborate with sales teams to align project strategies and ensure compliance
Conduct training events for architectural clients to promote Allegion's products
Utilize CRM and specification software to manage project data effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–10 years of experience in the door hardware or architectural industry
Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic door hardware solutions
Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam; experience with CAD and Revit is beneficial
Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory; Overnights up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
CDT credential preferred; progress toward AHC certification through DHI strongly encouraged
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive action
Effective project management and collaboration skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms and specification writing tools
