We are looking for a proven

Director of Sales Training

to lead, coach, and elevate our sales team across all locations. This is a key leadership role that directly impacts our revenue and customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and coach Sales Managers and Associates to exceed sales targets and deliver a 5-star customer experience

Develop and implement effective, repeatable

sales training programs

Collaborate with leadership to set weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals

Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs and reporting tools

Drive talent development and recruitment in partnership with HR

Conduct weekly sales manager meetings and training sessions

Maintain scheduling and performance reviews across all 6 showrooms

Foster a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability and motivation

Stay on top of customer trends and feedback to adapt training programs accordingly

What You Bring:

5+ years’ experience in

furniture retail sales leadership and training

Proven success managing high-performing sales teams in a multi-location environment

Strong understanding of

retail sales strategies, customer behavior , and

in-store conversion tactics

Experience designing and executing training programs that drive measurable results

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Comfortable using Excel, reporting dashboards, and training tools

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Knowledge of HR basics including compliance and interviewing
