At the agency, you'll work primarily on one account as
Account Director, Strategy.
You’ll shape brand storytelling, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that connect data, culture, and creativity.
This senior individual-contributor role partners across creative, growth, and partnerships to bring our brand to life through insight-driven ideas.
You’ll:
Lead brand and campaign strategy across digital, social, influencer, and partnerships
Translate insights and trends into actionable creative direction
Build frameworks for audience segmentation and measurement
Guide go-to-market and partnership initiatives that drive impact
You bring:
7–10 yrs experience in brand or marketing strategy (health, wellness, or lifestyle a plus)
Deep understanding of men’s health, performance, and cultural trends
Proven ability to connect creative ideas to measurable results
Expert level experience with analytics tools (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, etc.)
