Qualifications
Required: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) residency program.
Board certification or eligibility in OMS.
Valid dental license with DEA registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
As an Oral Surgeon, You Will
Perform complex extractions, wisdom tooth removal, implants, bone grafting, and other surgical procedures with high standard of care.
Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions; provide sedation and anesthesia per state regulations; educate patients on pre‑ and post‑operative care.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with general dentists and specialists; collaborate with team members to enhance interdisciplinary care.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental board regulations; stay current with advancements through continuing education and professional development.
