Herbalife is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead executive social media and advanced strategic digital objectives. The manager is a sharp, creative storyteller who thrives at the intersection of digital innovation and leadership communication.
Overview
This role focuses on executing strategy behind social media and digital communications to elevate C‑Suite level channels, increase presence, community connections, and authentic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead executive social media, focusing on Instagram and secondary LinkedIn, including content development, copywriting, posting, and editing.
Manage creative teams (videographers, photographers, graphic designers, editors) to produce high‑volume content at events.
Collaborate with corporate communications leadership on executive storytelling, thought leadership, and public relations.
Report on performance metrics, community sentiment, and emerging trends to stakeholders.
Support additional priorities such as product content shoots, email marketing, UGC campaigns, new brand launches, and paid media execution.
Qualifications
7+ years business experience; 3+ years in brand management, digital marketing, or consumer strategy.
Demonstrated success developing and implementing digital strategies with measurable results.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and reporting.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
Strong project management and communication skills; ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strategic thinker, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus).
