Overview
THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead our executive social media and advanced strategic digital objectives. The manager will be a sharp, strategic, and creative thinker who is a storyteller that thrives at the intersection of digital innovation and leadership communication. In this role, you’ll focus on executing the strategy behind our social media and digital communications efforts to elevate our C‑Suite level channels to increase their presence, community connections, and authentic engagement.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
Lead executive social media, including the brand’s C‑suite level presence, with focus on Instagram and secondary focus on LinkedIn, including content development, copywriting, and posting, and accountability for editing (with assistance from creative teams)
Manage creative teams, including videographers, photographers, graphic designers, editors, and more, to produce high volume content, including at events
Collaborate with corporate communications leadership on executive storytelling, thought leadership, and public relations
Regularly report on performance metrics, community sentiment, and emerging trends to stakeholders and leadership.
Creative skills like design, video editing, or photography are a plus, but not required
Additional responsibilities will vary depending on team members and priorities, with the candidate expected to take 1-2 of the following:
Product content shoot management – quarterly planning and execution
Email marketing development – consumer flows
UGC campaign leadership – community content growth
New innovation social media, such as Pro2col – new brand launches
Paid media execution – advertising amplification
WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM: You’ll be part of a nimble, hands‑on Digital Marketing team of 7 full‑time teammates plus cross‑functional partners, contractors, and agencies, that works collaboratively to elevate Herbalife’s brand, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our reputation. The team values innovation, adaptability, and teamwork across regions—and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment where strategy and creativity go hand in hand. The team drives the company’s digital strategy, including global social media, website, and search.
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
7 years of business experience, including 3+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and/or consumer strategy—bonus if experienced in managing content marketing and/or growing social media platforms at scale and/or working with C‑suite executives
Demonstrated success developing and implementing digital strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Deep passion for and understanding of social media platform equity, functionality, and analytics/reporting.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies for digital growth.
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Strategic thinker with proven ability to set priorities, manage multiple workstreams, and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment—especially under pressure, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
