Role Overview
The Platform team builds and maintains backend services—including payments, analytics, subscriptions, new product features, text‑to‑speech, and external APIs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast‑paced environments, strategic thinking, and building user‑centric backend solutions. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust public and internal APIs (e.g., t‑to‑s API, payment, subscription, auth, consumption tracking) to meet business and scalability requirements. Oversee the full backend API landscape, enhancing performance and maintainability. Collaborate on B2B solutions, focusing on customization and integration for enterprise clients. Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience. Candidate Profile
Proven experience in backend development with TypeScript/Node (required). Direct experience with GCP and familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers. Strong ideation and implementation skills, prioritizing tasks by impact and urgency. Preferred: Experience with Docker and containerized deployments. Preferred: Proficiency deploying highly available applications on Kubernetes. Benefits
