Asset Protection Supply Chain Area Manager - Dinuba
Base pay range: $54,162.00/yr - $96,696.00/yr
As a Warehouse Asset Protection Area Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall function of the company’s asset protection procedures in your assigned supply chain location. You’ll collaborate with all levels of the team to ensure the facility and its employees are safe and secure. In this role, you’ll communicate and work across departments as needed to maintain efficient operations and protect the facility.
What You’ll Do
Engage with facility leadership through monthly recaps and by participating in inventory health and leadership rhythms
Hire, train and coach the front desk and gate house teams
Conduct shift review and follow-up related to incident reporting and alarm activity
Oversee facility access control, badging and metal detector procedures
Conduct applicable facility safety, environmental and security assessments
Assist with investigations of inbound and outbound shortage issues
Basic Qualifications
2 years of asset protection experience
2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in retail or distribution operations
Loss prevention certification (LPC)
