Responsibilities
Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools.
Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
Provide clients with IRS support.
Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration.
Grow your tax expertise.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Ability to work a minimum of 25‑35 hours weekly during tax season and up to 40 hours during peak weeks.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment (preferred).
Experience working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment (preferred).
Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (required).
Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone, and chat.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements.
