What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide financial insights on digital advertising spend, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs to the Marketing team
Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support marketing budgets and promotional planning
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improved ROI and margin impact
Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI to extract, analyze, and visualize marketing and sales data
Collaborate with FP&A, Merchandising, and eCommerce teams to align marketing initiatives with financial objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or merchandising finance; e‑commerce or retail experience preferred
Technical proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and complex formulas
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in digital marketing finance or e‑commerce analytics
Familiarity with financial modeling techniques specific to marketing initiatives
Knowledge of key performance indicators in the e‑commerce industry
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment
