$6.2 million commercial renovation project

and expanding aggressively across Florida. Now we’re looking for a

driven sales leader

who’s ready to take charge of our commercial growth.

The Role We’re seeking a

Senior Commercial Sales Representative

to spearhead our expansion. This is a

high‑performance role

for someone with:

Deep experience in commercial construction sales

Strong industry relationships

A proven track record of closing deals

A book of business ready to activate

Your territory will start in

North Florida (Tallahassee)

and grow into

Jacksonville, Pensacola, and beyond.

What You’ll Sell

Full‑scope renovations for facilities with overnight residents

ADA compliance upgrades

Facility expansions, conversions, and refreshes

Occupied renovations with minimal disruption

Design + build packages supported by our dedicated PM & design team

What You’ll Do

Drive new business development and close high‑value commercial contracts

Build and nurture long‑term relationships with facility operators, developers, and directors

Conduct site walkthroughs and collaborate with estimating/PM teams to scope projects

Deliver compelling proposals aligned with facility goals and budgets

Manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM & BuilderTrend

Partner with leadership to ensure seamless project handoffs

Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction sales experience

Direct experience selling into care‑related facilities (assisted living, retirement, behavioral health, etc.)

Strong industry network + proven book of business

Confident negotiator with excellent relationship‑building skills

Self‑starter who thrives in a growth‑focused, entrepreneurial environment

Benefits Compensation : $36,000 base + 2% uncapped commissions (earn

$150K+ annually )
