Job Summary As an Account Executive, you will spearhead new logo acquisition and accelerate our growth within an assigned territory. You will engage directly with security leaders to solve their toughest challenges with our innovative solutions. Responsibilities

Own and exceed new logo sales targets, positioning Deepwatch as a leader in the Managed Security Services market.

From prospecting to closing, expertly navigate the full sales cycle to deliver results.

Partner with industry‑leading Solutions Directors, Principal Consultants, and internal teams to create compelling value propositions.

Work closely with your assigned BDR to design and execute targeted account campaigns.

Leverage our Channel Sales team and Partner ecosystem to unlock opportunities.

Stay ahead of industry trends, learn new technologies, and contribute insights to enhance Deepwatch’s product strategy and roadmap.

Articulate and position Deepwatch’s transformational cybersecurity solutions to Security Leadership (CISOs, VPs, Senior Directors) and prospects.

Build a 5x pipeline ($1M per month after 90‑days) without expecting leads from marketing or channel partners.

Develop targeted, strategic account plans and ensure they are understood by the extended team.

Prioritize your work and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

Remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends.

Travel within your assigned region/territory to visit prospective customers and partners (often with short notice).

Operationalize a diverse book of business versus focusing exclusively on prior/existing relationships.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience achieving quotas at early‑stage, high‑growth software/SaaS or Cybersecurity companies.

Experience learning new technologies while contributing to the company strategy and product roadmap to solve business problems.

Proven sales methodology experience (e.g., MEDPICC) focused on Selling Business Value, Solving Business Problems, and Delivering Customer Outcomes.

Engage internal and external resources at appropriate times during sales cycles.

Relentlessly build a 5x pipeline ($1M per month after 90‑days) without expecting leads from marketing or channel partners.

Develop targeted, strategic account plans and ensure they are understood by the extended team.

Prioritize work and provide accurate forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

Remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends.

Travel within your assigned region/territory to visit prospective customers and partners (often with short notice).

Statutory Pay Disclosure The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,00 - $150,000. OTE of 250k-300k (consisting of base/commission (50/50) split) + stock options + benefits. Actual compensation may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
