Work Arrangement: This role is a remote position open to individuals located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon, Nevada. The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 base salary plus bonus, determined by experience, knowledge, skills, and location.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging sales calls for Digital Advertising, shaping the future of local advertisers.
Understand local, regional, and national businesses' goals and craft unique digital solutions.
Become an expert in Audacy's sales process, product suite, and operations.
Develop and manage dynamic sales collateral for Digital Audio client presentations.
Partner with leadership to design innovative solutions and product packages.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes, ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications
2+ years digital marketing experience (preferred).
2+ years experience meeting and exceeding sales goals.
College degree (preferred).
Proven success in building client marketing campaigns using digital platforms.
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing.
Creative ability to develop unique campaigns focused on solving client needs.
Strong problem‑solving skills – identify problems as opportunities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace products.
Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined with a positive attitude and effective communication.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory vehicle record (if required).
