Job Summary This program is fast‑paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. In this role, you will acquire proven industry knowledge, skills and resources to develop your relationship building. We allow you to carve out your own career path and promote from within, based on performance. Though this program is designed to be completed in 18‑24 months, there is opportunity to complete it in as little as 12 months. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. Structured work weeks, rotational Saturday's (depending on branch location/hours), and competitive pay plus OT. Essential Functions

Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation

Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database

Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads

Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards

Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives

Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies

Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base

Additional Responsibilities

On a voluntary basis and based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will perform the role of On‑Call Representative as determined by the Supervisor.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program

Must be computer literate (intermediate)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar related degree required

One (1) year or more of customer service with issue resolution experience preferred

Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and internal salary ranges. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and/or type. Pay Type: Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: $53K. Maximum Pay Range: $55K.
