LHH has been engaged on an UNPOSTED opportunity with a sophisticated transactional boutique looking to add an experience Commercial Real Estate Attorney to their team in Charlotte, NC. The team is dedicated to delivering top-tier legal solutions for private clients, entrepreneurs and real estate developers. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to come in and provide immediate value to their CRE practice group.

Responsibilities

Have 4+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate documents, and handling commercial real estate closings.

Be able to work autonomously, the attorney who will best match this role will be able to navigate sophisticated real estate transactions with little to no oversight.

Live in Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC (strong ties will be required).

Prior AmLaw or sophisticated regional/boutique practice as well as strong academic credentials are required.

Value an in-office collaborative team environment.

This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that rarely hires laterally, their attrition is extremely low and most of their attorneys are homegrown. The CRE team supports transactions involving properties of all types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, resort, planned community, net leased properties, raw land assemblage and residential subdivisions.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation/benefits package is competitive for the Charlotte, NC market. All qualified candidates will be considered, given the autonomy and seniority required for this role the team is interested in exploring candidates who would be moving from both firms and in-house.
