We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual (English & Spanish) and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. As the Recruiter, you will support hourly recruiting in our two manufacturing plants in Wheeling, IL and Beaver Dam, WI. This is a hybrid position that requires being in either location at least two days per week and occasional travel to the plants.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs for production, quality assurance, sanitation, material handling, maintenance and other roles.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, using data and market insights to guide decisions.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
Assist with onboarding of new hires as needed and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies.
Generate weekly recruiting reports and provide updates on recruiting efforts, candidate pipeline and open requisitions.
Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely documentation of all interactions.
Represent the company positively, showcasing our culture and commitment to quality and teamwork.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume manufacturing, food service, retail or hospitality.
Experience with food manufacturing is a plus.
Ability to travel to Beaver Dam, WI and Wheeling, IL and surrounding areas for job fairs.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to adapt quickly, manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Team‑oriented, proactive and solutions‑focused.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (preferably Paycom).
A passion for pizza and a commitment to finding the best talent to support our mission and values.
Universal Pay Verbiage Compensation for this role is between $60,000 and $70,000, plus an annual incentive plan bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; pre‑tax spending accounts; retirement benefits; paid time off; 401(k) with company match; short‑term and long‑term disability; and life insurance.
