Boston Speech Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (Spanish) to join our team at an elementary school. This position offers a competitive pay range of $70 to $80 per hour and provides an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse population of students, enhancing their communication skills in both English and Spanish. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech and language disorders, ensuring culturally competent services that cater to the unique needs of bilingual clients. You will collaborate closely with educators and families to provide comprehensive support and interventions that promote effective communication. Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders in bilingual clients. Develop individualized treatment plans that consider cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Provide therapy sessions in both English and Spanish to improve speech and language skills. Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize each child\'s learning experience. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy outcomes. Educate families on strategies to support speech and language development at home. Qualifications

Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Fluency in Spanish and English Experience working with bilingual populations preferred Strong knowledge of assessment and therapeutic techniques for speech and language disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in practice This is a 1099 position Pay: $70-80 per hour Continuing education provided CFY welcomed to apply Boston Speech Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding equal employment opportunity.
