Talbott Recovery is currently hiring a full‑time Administrative Assistant for our Main Campus location. The role focuses on patient‑centered care and a personal individual approach, upholding a high standard of innovative treatment and compassionate attention to each patient’s needs. Responsibilities
Accurately record attendance. Accept all payments on the date of admission. Verify and re‑verify all insurances for all patients on the 1st day of the month. Assist in setting up payment plans if necessary. Complete attendance if the BOM is absent. Answer all patient questions regarding account. Ensure all insurance is valid. Investigate questionable data. Monitor, review, maintain, track and file vendor contracts. Monitor spending for adherence to budget and recommend variances as necessary. Prepare and verify daily reports. Qualifications & Experience
Education : High School Diploma. Knowledge of general accounting principles, AS400, and Midas preferred. Experience : Process all functions of Accounts Payable, Purchasing & Contracts. Benefits
