Responsibilities

Proactively source, qualify, and build a pipeline of engineering candidates through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and networking. Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Navigate objections and challenges with persistence and professionalism. Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRM. Consistently achieve and surpass weekly activity targets (calls, connects, submittals, interviews scheduled). Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Qualifications

Fearless communicator with the confidence to initiate conversations and build rapport quickly. Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple searches at once. High-energy, competitive nature, and comfort working in a quota-driven environment. Resilient mindset with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
