Responsibilities
- Proactively source, qualify, and build a pipeline of engineering candidates through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct engaging phone interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Navigate objections and challenges with persistence and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines in the ATS/CRM.
- Consistently achieve and surpass weekly activity targets (calls, connects, submittals, interviews scheduled).
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
