Business Applications Administrator Sr.– MAS Supply Chain (Procurement & Inventory Mgt) We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Applications Administrator to join our Supply Chain initiatives during the transition from IBM Maximo to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This role will be part of a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful system implementation, data integrity, and operational alignment across all stakeholders. Long term, this team will continue to manage MAS as part of a cross-department team. Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain focused on Procurement and Inventory Management functions Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements for the Maximo to MAS upgrade Collaborate with IT and Operations to ensure MAS configurations align with business needs Coordinate across the enterprise and applications to ensure organizational alignment with business requirements Conduct data analysis and migration efforts, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation of inventory and procurement data Manage the design, configuration, and testing of MAS modules, including Inventory (items, tools, usage, receiving etc.) and procurement (procure to pay), sourcing, supplier punchouts, internal catalogs, EDI acknowledgements etc. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management initiatives to drive successful adoption and user readiness Development and maintenance of documentation, including process flows/maps, user guides, and configuration specifications Monitor system performance and readiness through KPI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies throughout the upgrade and operational lifecycle Provide strategic input into supply chain management practices and system enhancements to support long-term utility goals Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated years of experience in business analysis, inventory management, and/or Procurement Proven experience with enterprise system upgrades or implementations, preferably in a utility or Supply Chain environment Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo and/or MAS, including inventory and procurement modules. Nice to have IBM Maximo/MAS Certifications Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-departmental collaboration Preferred Skills

Experience leading MAS implementation or upgrade projects Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices Familiarity with utility procurement and inventory management standards Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies Familiarity with BABOK and ITIL frameworks Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
