Responsibilities
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
Oversee the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Create a personal marketing plan to attract prospective clients and promote new business
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and trends
Knowledge of the greater Houston area
Qualifications
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Great communication and social skills
Tech savvy
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Show good organizational and time management skills
Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License
Minimum 1 year of residential real estate sales experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills - good listeners who build trust with clients
Willingness to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full schedule
Reliable transportation and availability to serve clients throughout Greater Houston
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to following up and following through
Team players who are coachable, results-focused, and committed to growth
Maintain availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly and professionally
Strong ethical standards, honesty, and a commitment to doing what's right for the client and the team
