Job Overview The Global Business Solutions Group Product Growth team represents a new approach to accelerating business outcomes through a data‑driven and surgical approach to product funnel optimization. Focused on driving progress on the most critical opportunities across the business, our team combines deep analytics, customer discovery, rapid execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize key product funnels. Our work also establishes foundational growth frameworks and platform level investments that serve as a center of excellence and empower the broader organization.

Responsibilities

Define and own the design strategy

for prioritized growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Contribute to evolving Intuit’s Design System and practices

by testing, learning, and iterating on the customer experience.

Develop a clear design vision and roadmap

across multiple time horizons, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to execute effectively.

Serve as a lighthouse example

for high‑impact growth design work, setting a gold standard for design practices across the Product organization.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

Act as central point of coordination

for cross‑functional teams, fostering strong collaboration and alignment across functions.

Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and business leaders

to ensure cohesive growth strategies across the organization.

Provide mentorship and thought leadership

within the team, cultivating a culture of high velocity, bias for action, experimentation, and shared learnings.

User‑Centered Design and Experimentation

Leverage customer insights and data

to inform design decisions, ensuring solutions are deeply rooted in customer empathy and address real user needs.

Develop and implement design experiments

to test hypotheses, iterating rapidly based on feedback and data.

Establish and champion growth design principles

to ensure sustainable growth outcomes that are customer‑centric.

Execution and Innovation

Drive the execution of end‑to‑end design solutions , maintaining a focus on quality, velocity, and measurable impact.

Pilot innovative design approaches

that can scale across the organization, creating a blueprint for future growth design initiatives.

Contribute to scaling the function as a center of excellence

with a clear pathway to design leadership opportunities as the Growth function expands.

Qualifications Experience

5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of driving growth through user‑centered design and experimentation.

Experience leading cross‑functional teams, including engineering, product management, data science, and research.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence other Design, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to drive outcomes.

Customer‑Centricity and Business Acumen

Deep customer empathy and a strong commitment to customer‑centricity, serving as a fierce advocate for customer needs throughout the design process.

Thorough understanding of business fundamentals and how tasteful design impacts growth metrics and business outcomes, enabling alignment between design initiatives and organizational goals.

Analytical Rigor

Exceptional ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes.

Experience working closely with research and data science teams to uncover actionable insights.

Collaboration and Leadership

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across functions.

Effective communicator capable of aligning stakeholders and driving consensus in a fast‑paced environment.

Execution Excellence

Bias for action, with a track record of delivering results through agile, iterative design processes.

Ability to balance short‑term wins with long‑term investments.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs.
