Overview
The Global Business Solutions Group Product Growth team focuses on accelerating business outcomes through data-driven product funnel optimization. The team combines analytics, customer discovery, rapid execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize key product funnels, establishing growth frameworks and a center of excellence. The Growth charter is being built from the ground up with a focus on assembling world-class growth talent to define the future of Product Growth at Intuit. As a Staff Product Manager on the Product Growth team, you will identify and execute high-impact growth initiatives, balancing rapid experiments for immediate results with long-term investments that drive scalable growth across business units and the company. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of critical product funnel optimizations, using data and experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes. You will guide a pod of Engineering, Design, and Data Science teammates, ensuring alignment and excellence in execution across the organization. Strategic Vision and Leadership:
Identify, define, and own the growth strategy for prioritized funnels, aligning with key business objectives. Strategic Roadmapping:
Set a clear vision and roadmap for growth initiatives across multiple time horizons, collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute the vision effectively. Leadership by Example:
Serve as a lighthouse for understanding, identifying, and executing high-impact growth work, setting a gold standard for growth practices across the Product organization. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment across functions. Cross-Functional Partnership:
Partner with other Product Managers and business leaders to ensure cohesive growth strategies across the organization. Mentorship and Culture:
Provide mentorship and thought leadership, cultivating a culture of velocity, bias for action, experimentation, and shared learnings. Data-Informed Experimentation:
Partner with analytics and data science to uncover growth opportunities through data insights and improve instrumentation and logging across GBSG’s portfolio of products. Metric Tracking:
Establish and monitor key metric goals and countermetrics to ensure sustainable, customer-centric growth outcomes. Execution and Innovation:
Drive end-to-end experiments and feature improvements with focus on velocity and measurable impact. Pilot Growth Tactics:
Pilot innovative growth tactics that can scale across the organization, creating a blueprint for future pods. Center of Excellence:
As the function scales, there is a pathway to product leadership opportunities. Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience with a track record of driving growth at scale through data-driven initiatives and experimentation. Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and research. Proven ability to influence Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to drive outcomes. Customer-Centricity and Business Acumen:
Deep customer empathy, advocacy for customer needs throughout growth, and understanding of how growth metrics impact business outcomes. Analytical Rigor:
Ability to analyze and synthesize data to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and measure outcomes; experience with data science and analytics teams. Collaboration and Leadership:
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to lead and inspire across engineering, design, marketing, and analytics; effective communication to align stakeholders. Execution Excellence:
Bias for action with a track record of delivering results through agile, iterative processes; ability to balance short-term wins with long-term growth. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience driving product growth in a large organization; familiarity with AI-driven optimization and personalization techniques; background in financial technology or B2B software serving the SMB segment. Compensation and Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay equity reviews across ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing fair pay. Base pay ranges vary by location: Bay Area California $180,500 - $244,000; Southern California $169,000 - $229,000.
