You will be responsible for driving growth and market visibility, developing and maintaining high-level relationships with customers, and overseeing and mentoring your own team.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience within a business development role in the Aerospace or Defense industry and be eager to take the next step in their career within a rapidly growing business.
The Role
Lead growth initiatives and drive key account strategies in the aerospace sector
Build and maintain high-level relationships with OEMs and technology customers
Mentor and manage a senior sales team to deliver results and align with business goals
Represent the company at industry events and identify new market opportunities
Monday-Thursday, 4 days a week
The Person
Strong background in aerospace OEM or aftermarket business development
Proven leadership and team management experience
Expertise in strategic planning, key account management, and contract negotiation
US Citizen or permanent resident
