Business Development Director (Aerospace)
Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr – $170,000.00/yr.
Additional compensation: Annual bonus, profit sharing, and total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 4‑day work week, PTO, holidays, and 401(k).
Location: Oxnard, CA (commutable from Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Santa Paula, Santa Barbara). Work schedule: Monday – Thursday (4 days a week).
You will be responsible for driving growth and market visibility, developing and maintaining high‑level relationships with customers, and overseeing and mentoring your own sales team.
The Role:
Lead growth initiatives and drive key account strategies in the aerospace sector.
Build and maintain high‑level relationships with OEMs and technology customers.
Mentor and manage a senior sales team to deliver results and align with business goals.
Represent the company at industry events and identify new market opportunities.
Work a 4‑day schedule (Monday‑Thursday).
The Person:
Strong background in aerospace OEM or aftermarket business development.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Expertise in strategic planning, key account management, and contract negotiation.
