As a

Adobe Digital Analyst

you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all Adobe related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team, specializing in reporting, analysis, measurement, testing, and optimization.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience with the Adobe ecosystem, utilizing tools such as

Adobe Analytics ,

Adobe Warehouse ,

Adobe Target ,

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ,

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ,

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) ,

Adobe Commerce , and others. The candidate should require minimal guidance to build reports, present detailed analysis, and provide recommendations. This role involves collaboration with various teams to promote data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting

Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Design and maintain Adobe reports and dashboards to track KPIs, business trends, and other significant metrics.

Experience in cross-channel analysis, data integration for comprehensive analysis, journey mapping and segmentation.

Provide tagging requirements to the implementation team.

Measurement and Optimization

Develop measurement plans and oversee data quality processes.

Perform thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.

A/B Testing and Personalization

Coordinate, implement, and analyze A/B tests and personalized experiences within Adobe Target.

Align with business on test objectives, identify target audiences, and suggest variations for testing.

Monitor and analyze test results to identify winning variations and enhance future campaigns.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up to date with the latest best practices and features within Adobe Target and the broader digital marketing field.

Continuously improve the effectiveness of personalization and optimization programs.

Process Improvement

Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization in analytics and data management.

Technical Proficiency

Expert in Adobe Analytics and knowledge of web analysis and user behavior tracking.

Experience analyzing and reporting on B2C eCommerce products.

Experience with A/B testing and personalization platforms, particularly Adobe Target.

Experience with AEP, AEM, CJA, or Commerce is a plus.

Experience implementing Adobe tools and products such as AEP, AEM, CJA, Commerce is a plus.

Experience with front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Analytical Skills

Strong capability to analyze data, recognize patterns, derive meaningful insights, and identify reasonable comparisons.

Communication Skills

Ability to clearly convey complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Business Acumen

Understanding of business strategies, marketing principles, and digital channels.

Problem-Solving

Proficient in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements based on data insights.

Collaboration Skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 – $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
