Human Resources Generalist – DrinkPAK

Join DrinkPAK as a Human Resources Generalist and support our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. Your role will focus on employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Location

Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution. Investigate employee complaints and manage corrective actions in line with DrinkPAK processes. Provide guidance to managers on performance matters. Deliver training on incident reporting, attendance, leadership, and compliance. Facilitate career development and succession planning. Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations. Participate in HR function design, implementation, monitoring, policy rollout, and training. Optimize Workday and generate HR data reports. Develop employee engagement programs and collaborate on departmental training needs. Maintain positive relationships throughout the organization. Complete special projects with HRD as needed. Adhere to all safety rules, GMP, and DrinkPAK policies. Maintain regular attendance; occasional nights and weekends as required. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2–4 years HR experience, preferably as a Generalist or Business Partner in manufacturing. Workday experience preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Continuous improvement mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, multitasking in a start‑up environment. Experience with goal setting, performance reviews, talent, succession planning, open enrollment, etc. Knowledge of compliance with government laws/regulations. Basic payroll processing and time & attendance knowledge. Willingness to support company growth; no task too big or small. Our Values
