Job Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Utilize external market scanning tools to educate hiring managers on labor market conditions
Conduct Behavioral Interviews and assess candidates for mission fit and competencies
Manage candidate pipelines and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Analyze productivity metrics to exceed industry benchmark goals
Qualifications
Associate's degree
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Strong understanding of the healthcare labor market
Proficiency in Behavioral Interviewing techniques
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a healthcare setting
Familiarity with staffing metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Knowledge of onboarding processes and candidate assessment methods
