Lead design, deployment, and optimization of network and systems solutions for clients. Act as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 engineers, providing advanced troubleshooting and guidance. Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption. Architect secure, resilient, and scalable networks tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strategic IT initiatives. Conduct network assessments, audits, and performance tuning. Maintain documentation for systems architecture, configurations, and procedures. Deploy and configure firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud services. Provide onsite support for critical issues and project implementations. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and technical operations. Skills/Must have

6+ years in a technical services role, preferably in an MSP environment. Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Meraki, Cisco, Ubiquiti). Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, IPSEC, VoIP). Strong WAN/LAN, routing, switching, load balancing, and network security skills. Experience with Azure, Intune, and general systems troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills. Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Azure Administrator are a plus. Nerdy/enthusiastic about tech is a cultural fit. Benefits
