has partnered with a transformative, high growth FinTech company to help them identify a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Intelligence. This individual will lead strategic planning, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and enterprise-wide analytics to guide high-impact decisions. The role demands exceptional business acumen, and a proven ability to translate data into strategic plans.
Responsibilities
Serve as both a strategic thought partner to executives and a hands‑on builder of analytics capabilities, while growing and mentoring a high‑performing team.
Lead the development and execution of long‑term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Own the business intelligence function, including data architecture, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks.
Build forecasting engines to guide strategic decisions, and ensure BI infrastructure and reporting empower the entire organization to act on insights.
Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform executive decision‑making.
Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and scenario planning to identify growth opportunities.
Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align strategic priorities.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for board‑level visibility.
Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders with clarity and precision.
Build and mentor a high‑performing team of strategists and analysts.
Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or business intelligence roles.
Proven success in leading strategic initiatives within a mid‑to‑large scale organization.
Deep expertise in data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and SQL.
Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
Track record advising senior leadership and influencing strategy.
Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Experience with McKinsey, Bain, Accenture, or one of the Big‑4 consulting firms highly preferred.
