Position Memory Care Support Partner – Full Time
Location: Seven Hills, Ohio
Starting wage: $19 - $21.00 per hour
Shift schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday, 6a-2p

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Patient Observer – discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
Master of the Mise en Scène – set the stage for a successful day, from preparing the dining room for breakfast to setting up the library for an event to preparing residents’ rooms for nighttime routine.
Life Partner – partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
Document resident care and changes in condition.
Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents.
Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
Active: role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assistance with residents’ sitting, standing, and walking, and after a fall.
Criminally cleared.
