Shift Schedule:
Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Advocate of Empathy: understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate on engagement plans, and implement strategies with patience.
Master of Mise en Scène: set the stage for each day, preparing dining, library, and resident rooms to enhance the resident experience.
Life Partner: partner with residents from wake to sleep, assisting with all facets of daily life.
Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
Assist orientation of team members assigned to memory‑care neighborhoods.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude; love for residents.
Computer skills for printing and data entry.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and providing fall support.
Criminally cleared.
