Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and space utilization.
- Monitor safety compliance and implement operational best practices.
- Resolve order discrepancies and shipment issues.
- Train, evaluate, and support team members to build performance and morale.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse tasks as needed.
- Customer service mindset for vendor and client interactions.
Schedule
- Must be flexible for multiple shifts; weekend work required during peak seasons.
